I have a dashcam on my Honda CR-V and using the FinalCamx app.
The problem is I cannot play back recordings made on the video. A message comes up; "We couldn't open 20230611104253_000137.MP4. Wait a bit and try again" Nothing happens the file cannot be opened. Don't have photo of dashcam so have scanned photo off your website.

Sorry for the delayed response. If you are still using this recorder and have FinalCamX installed on your phone, please turn on the recorder and connect it to the app. Submit your feedback through the app's feedback feature.
Here are the specific steps: Tap "More" at the bottom right of the app, then tap "Problem Feedback". On the feedback page, choose a category that you think is appropriate, fill in the details, and submit.
This way, our technical department can receive the malfunction information recorded by your app and resolve it. After that, we will upgrade the app for you. You can upgrade it through the "About" section.
